Di Lorenzo Tiles Closed Loop Sales (CLS)

CLS is the Companies sales process and methodology that is used for capturing, tracking and reporting all sales related activities for any given sales opportunity. There is information stored on the Companies system about prospects and customers, their buying trend and patterns etc.

(a) CLS server usage information – the server logs and records details about user access. This information is used for investigating access difficulties, improving server performance and tracing any breaches of security. The information is also used for statistical analysis of access times and locations and other patterns of use to aid in systems planning and improvement. Information is not released to any third party. Authorised staff only have access to the server logs.
